Your target heart rate programed, time and duration of your cardio done for you, supplement plan as well. Know exactly how to supplement to speed up your results and fill in the balanced that we don’t get from nutrition

Direct communication with me via my fitness app plus weekly check ins with measurements to asses the plan and make the necessary changes. This allows me to keep you from plateauing and on track to your targets.

Well, in all honesty there aren't actually that many REAL trainers out there. When it comes to choosing the right trainer, all you have to do

To achieve what you want, you must approach it wholistically. Meaning, training will not work if you’re not eating based on the training.

Eating will not work if you are not exerting enough with your workouts. Cardio will not work if you don’t know the right way to fit it to your needs etc. You need all angles covered, not just random workouts, and to let you in on a little secret… Getting certified as a personal trainer teaches NOTHING about sports nutrition. Again, you will NOT reach the promise land if you only attack it from the working out angle alone or if your trainer cannot translate the info in a way you can understand it and more importantly, utilize it.
