With 1-on-1 person training, we will meet regularly so I can watch and adjust your form, the intensity of your workouts, etc. I will also program a progressive training plan with a custom tailored nutrition plan.

Are you starving yourself?
If you’ve cut calories and have not had success it could be a few reasons
- You’ve been in a calorie deficit too long and your metabolism is shot – now your pushing a bolder uphill.
- Your not giving your body what it needs to build muscle, muscle which will get rid of the fat.
- Your macro nutrient ratios are off and need adjusting.
Starving yourself is absolutely dangerous and will not yield the results you want, it will only make it harder for you to succeed.
